Job summary
- Testing requirement with focus on WCF & Web services. Web and windows applications with experience in automation (Selenium & SOAP UI)
- Ensure the deliverables are of high standards in terms of fit for purpose for the next phase of testing
- Ability to work independently/team
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 4 years’ experience of Testing software applications working in an IT company
- Testing web and windows applications
- Testing WCF services & Web service
- Automation testing – API testing (Selenium, SOAPUI, TestNG & Postman)
- Knowledge on Scripting, Programming Basics (Java)
- Test Plan preparation
- Test Case preparation
- Test Data preparation
- Test Case Estimation
- Functional & Non-Functional testing
- Unit, System & Integration, Regression Testing
- MS SQL-Server 2012, My SQL
- Good knowledge on SQL Queries
- Knowledge on MS SQL-Server tools (profiler, execution plan analysis)
- Knowledge on Client Server and Web Based Application
- Knowledge on Bug & Defect management
- Ability to investigate, to find a workaround solution
- Ability to work closely with the development team
- Natural curiosity and open-mind on other technologies, new concepts, etc
- Good oral and written Communication
