- Architecture challenges like retry mechanism & API time out issues
- Clogging of messages, Issue with VM Queue
- Missing Monitoring solution (Functional monitoring Alerts)
Solution
The customer’s integration ecosystem is developed around Salesforce and consists of proprietary script and integration tools. We took control of this platform, conducted an AS-IS study, and developed a gap analysis with recommendations. Designed and developed a technical approach for connecting the data to the applications using purposeful and reusable APIs which helped to achieve better agility.
