- Architecture challenges like retry mechanism & API time out issues
- Clogging of messages, Issue with VM Queue
- Missing Monitoring solution (Functional monitoring Alerts)
The customer’s integration eco-system is developed around Salesforce and consists of proprietary script and integration tools. We took control of this platform, conducted an AS-IS study, and developed a gap analysis with recommendations. Designed and developed a technical approach for connecting the data to the applications using purposeful and reusable APIs which helped to achieve better agility.
